How we do it
Technology
Gasification, which converts landfill waste materials into energy and marketable by-products. Gasification is not incineration. It is a process of heating the fuel material to 700°C or above in the absence of oxygen so combustion does not occur. Instead, the fuel thermally decomposes into biochar, heat and combustible gases which are consumed in the process itself.
